Acceptable online payments:

$55.00 residential value up to $1,000.00 construction cost, $30.00 each additional or portion thereof
$75.00 Commercial value up to $1,000.00 construction cost, $40.00 each additional or portion thereof
$75.00 Third & subsequent Inspections (initial inspection & follow-up inspection included with permit fee)
$90.00 Contractor’s License
$75.00 Health License
$20.00 – one day special event health license
$225.00 for each street opening/excavation up to 100 sq. ft. and $150.00 for each 100 sq. ft. or portion thereof larger than
$500.00 street openings escrow to be held in escrow for each 100 sq. ft or portion thereof.

$125.00 per unit – Use & Occupancy Transfer residential unit
